Born in Johannesburg, South Africa. Studied medicine at the University of the Witwatersrand. Worked in the United Kingdom, and then moved to Cape Town and studied 2 years of general surgery before changing to Orthopaedics. Qualified as an Orthopaedic surgeon through the department of Orthopaedic surgery, University of Cape Town, Groote-Schuur Hospital. Qualified ATLS (advanced trauma life support) instructor. Part time senior consultant to the George Provincial Hospital Orthopaedic Department. Private practice in Knysna. Dr Tim Reardon

Born and raised in Durban, South Africa. Studied medicine at the University of Cape Town and then specialised in orthopaedic surgery at the same University. Following specialising, spent one year completing a spinal surgery fellowship with Dr G Du Toit at the Constantiaberg Clinic in Cape Town. Part time consultant to the George Provincial Hospital Orthopaedic department. Special interests: spinal surgery, joint replacements, arthroscopic shoulder surgery.
